Exterior Features

The house is located on a spacious corner lot in a gated resort community that features an awesome club house with recreation facilities. Enjoy yourself with all the activities at the clubhouse or your own private home which features a screened in spacious patio with covered lanai. Take a dip in pool or relax in the spa which enjoys year round south facing sun and privacy. Pool and spa heating is optional. This home gives you the choice of solar cover only at no charge, or gas pool heat or gas spa heating. You are also able to choose any one or all three methods of heating. Wouldn’t if be fun to relax in the SPA…takes only 15 minutes to heat up it up. Available also is the evening override to use the spa when everyone else's system shuts down at night. You are still able to enjoy! There are lots of patio lounges and chairs on the Pool Deck and a BBQ is a few steps away located away from the POOL DECK per fire marshall code.

Activities and Attractions

As our Guests, You are welcome to use the Trafalgar Village resort clubhouse with a community pool, spa and Tiki Bar, games room, high speed internet Cyber Café, fitness room, movie theatre, gathering room with wide screen TV, playground, beach volley ball court, snorkeling and fishing. Private massage therapy sessions available.  Concierge service is also located in the Club House.

Reservation Procedures

Making Reservations: To make a reservation call toll free 1-800-852-8278. Please have your arrival date, departure date, and house size ready in order to expedite your call. Deposit must be received within five days of verbal commitment to guarantee price quote.

Confirming Reservation: A nonrefundable $400.00 deposit must be included with application. If the reservation cannot be confirmed, your deposit will not be charged or processed it will be mailed back to you. Once confirmed this deposit will be used toward your rental contract upon confirmation of your reservation. You will be billed for the remainder of the rental contract plus a $500.00 security deposit which is due in full 60 days prior to arrival. With reference to any cancellations within the 60 days prior to checkin/arrival date, all rental moneys collected are non- refundable. The security deposit will be returned after your stay less any damages and phone charges.

Payment: All money for balances of rental are due 60 days prior to check in. Failure to pay balance as stated on invoice, cancels reservation and releases the property to be re-rented and the nonrefundable deposits or portions thereof are forfeited. Return with deposit to:
